Dunham Singers Selected For All-State Choirs

After a grueling audition process, competing against thousands of singers from all over the state o Louisiana, Dunham director Brittany Spencer couldn't be prouder of her 12 students selected to perform with 2019 LA-ACDA All State Choirs.

Emaline Chen and Hayden Cowen were selected to participate in the Children's Choir (4th-6th grade).

Simone Riley, Kessie Stewart, Emerson Lazarus, and Elizabeth McDonald were selected as members of the Youth Treble Choir (7th9th grade girls).

Londyn Godley, Thomas Aulet, Charlie Dantin, and Jeremiah Blanchard were chosen for the Youth Mixed Choir (7th-9th grade).

Caitlyn McMorris and Ashley McCarthy made it into the Women's Choir (10th-12th grade girls).

These Dunham songbirds will have the opportunity to travel to New Orleans later this fall for a weekend of rehearsals and workshops, concluding with a final concert at FBC New Orleans on Saturday, November 9. Congratulations to all!
