Community Service

Dunham Serves

We aim to develop servant leaders who use their God-given skills and talents to affect change in their communities and compassionately serve those in need as the hands and feet of Christ.

Students in all divisions participate in developmentally appropriate service projects on and off campus. From food, laundry, and school supply drives to comforting the elderly and other hands-on service learning opportunities, Dunham students give back and make a difference in the lives of others. By the time students reach the Upper School, it’s not unusual for them to complete far more than the 25-hour per year service requirement, with the Classes of 2014-2017 giving more than 28,000 hours back to the community.

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.”

~ 1 Peter 4:10
