Congratulations to our Upper School Quiz Bowl team who represented Dunham with excellence at the Louisiana Quiz Bowl Association State Tournament held March 18 at LSU.

In their first competition at the State level, the Dunham Quiz Bowl team won 4 of 5 preliminary rounds, advancing to the second round of the playoffs before losing in a close, well-fought match.

Parker Harris ’19 and Luke Russell ’19 were standout competitors in the tournament player rankings. Harshi Rachamallu ’18 and Jason Spell ’18 provided wonderful leadership as seniors in their final Quiz Bowl match.

Kyla Johnson ’20 and Tre’ Landaiche ’20 rounded out Dunham’s state tournament team.

This is the second year of competition for this Dunham Quiz Bowl Team.  “I am very proud of our players’ hard work and extensive knowledge,” said faculty sponsor Laura Smith.
