Lower School Students Rise to #ForwardThinking Challenge

Lower School Students Rise to #ForwardThinking Challenge

April 18, 2018

Our #ForwardThinking Lower School students have innovative ideas about what amazing (but practical) inventions may be play a daily role in their futures.

In March, Lower School students were challenged to create something that may exist in 2030 for the #ForwardThinking Competition. Imaginative student submissions included a variety of products and robots, one with a remote control. Educators from around the world voted via social media for the most innovative projects.

The Dunham winners were recognized recently during Lower School Chapel. Top projects included a Jet Pack created by Tyson Sink (Kindergarten); the Stay Fresh Container designed by Katherine McDonald (3rd grade) and a Robot With Remote Control invented by Camille Istre (4th grade.)

Congratulations to all of our #ForwardThinking Lower School project designers: Bert Blanchard, Alex Gustafson, Jack Istre, Alexa Lewis, Brittni Pafford,  Amelia Sink, and John Sink.

Many thanks to Dunham sponsors General informatics, Transformyx and the Wild family for their support the #ForwardThinking challenge.

We can't wait to welcome you!
