The Dunham School is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly DeRossette to Director of Development. In her new role, Kelly will lead our development team and oversee all areas of the department, including capital campaign management, annual giving, corporate sponsorships, alumni relations, special events, and volunteer activities.
Since joining Dunham in 2017 as Director of Annual Giving and Constituent Relations, Kelly has successfully managed annual giving, recruited an active volunteer base for fundraising events such as Jubilee and Carnival, and served as an effective liaison for the school’s volunteer organizations. In addition, she has been instrumental in securing several recent major gifts and establishing the Dunham Legacy Society to honor those who have chosen to include Dunham in their estate plans.
Prior to her time at Dunham, Kelly served as Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship for Tiger Athletic Foundation, where she also served as Director of Operations and Services and Coordinator of Special Events and Public Relations during her eight-year tenure.
Kelly holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University. She and her husband, Raymond, are the parents of two Dunham students, Dalton ’31 and Mason ’33,
In addition, the school is excited to announce that Ashley Istre joined our development team in October as Special Events Coordinator. In this role, Ashley will be responsible for the planning and execution of Jubilee, Carnival, and other special events and will assist with volunteer activities.
The parent of two Dunham students, Camille ’26 and Jack ’29, Ashley worked as a learning assistant in the Lower School for five years and has been an active volunteer, serving as DPA President from 2016-2019 and Annual Giving Parent Campaign Co-Chair with her husband, Chad, for the past two years. Ashley received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech.
