Ochsner Health Systems will provide FREE Sports Physicals Thursday, July 30, at Dunham. Every Middle and Upper School student athlete must have a valid physical for the 2020-2021 school year. Each physical form lasts for 12 months; athletes only need a new physical if their previous form is set to expire during the upcoming season. Athletes may use their own primary care physicians if they choose.

To maintain social distancing and follow guidelines, students must wear a face covering and will need to stay in their vehicles until their scheduled time (listed below).

SCHEDULE

Female Athletes:

4:30 - Fall Sports: Volleyball, Cross Country (Girls), and Swim (Girls)

4:50 - Winter & Spring Sports: Cheer, Basketball (Girls), Golf (Girls), Soccer (Girls), Softball, Track (Girls), Tennis (Girls)

Male Athletes:

5:15 - Fall Sports

5:40 - Winter & Spring Sports
