Small in number but fierce in spirit, our Aqua Tigers made their own kind of splash in the finals of the Division IV State Swim Meet, held November 14-15 at the SPAR Aquatic Center in Sulphur, La.  

The boys team, just four swimmers strong, finished 8th out of 24 teams competing in the meet.

Patrick Murphy '22 placed 3rd in the 500m freestyle and 6th in the 100m breaststroke. His classmate Reed Jantzi '22 placed 6th in the 100m backstroke and 10th in the 50m freestyle. Jack Zhang '19 and Baron Hingle '21 joined Murphy and Jantzi for the relays, where the team finished 8th in the 200m Medley relay and 6th in the 50m freestyle relay.

Senior Jessica Williams, the lone swimmer competing for the Dunham girls team in the finals, placed 14th in the 100m breast.
