Saturday, May 16
Class of 2020 Car Parade 2:00 pm
The entire Dunham community is invited to celebrate the Class of 2020 with a car parade.
Sheriff's deputies will be on campus to start and manage the parade.
Cars will line up on Roy Emerson Drive near the start of the Middle School carpool line with the cars continuing back towards baseball and softball fields and into the neighborhood on Don Budge Avenue.
Graduates will be lined up six feet apart on the driver’s side of the car only, beginning at the Brown-Holt Chapel Arts building, continuing down Lew Hoad Avenue past the front circle, and ending by the Science Center/Dining Hall.
Feel free to decorate your cars and come out to honor this amazing class.
Note: we will behaving a graduation ceremony later in the summer.
Tuesday, May 19
Lower School Send-Off and Supply Drop-Off 9:00-11:00 am
Lower School students in grades 1-4 will drop off their computers, chargers, textbooks and/or library books in front of theBusiness Office on Roy Emerson Drive (see drop-off route below).
Students must turn in the Textbook/Library Book Turn-In Form and the Computer and Charger Turn-In Form at drop-off. Please note that there is a $20 per day late fee for equipment not returned on this day; students who do not turn in the charger will be billed $80. If you are unable to turn in your MacBook during the scheduled time, please contact Nikole Blanchard prior to May 20.
If you would like to donate used uniforms for Dunham's Used Uniform Sale, you may do so at this time. Please place all used uniforms in a bag or box and put them in the trunk of your car if possible to allow for easy retrieval by DPA volunteers.
Once you drop off your school materials in the front, you are invited to drive around to the Lower School carpool area. Since students in PK and Kindergarten do NOT have to drop off a computer or textbooks, they may drive around for the parade anytime between 9:00-11:00 am. Students will wave goodbye to their teacher and receive an ice cream treat as a reward for their hard work.If you do not want your child to have the treat, please let the teacher on duty know.
Upper School Night of Stars: A Celebration of Senior Artists, Scholars, and Winter Sports Athletes 8:00 pm
This event is a combination of several year-end events in Upper School designed to honor seniors who are finishing their arts careers at Dunham, seniors who have received year-end academic awards, and athletes from the winter sports season.
Please note that there are no underclassman art or academic awards at this event. Those awards will be presented at our Academic Honors Day Convocation that has been rescheduled for the start of school in the fall.
This event will be "drive-in movie style" in our student parking lot with large outdoor screens and audio. Parking is limited to the size of our student parking lot, and all guests will be required to remain in the cars for the duration of the event.
Bring your car snacks, park as the parking attendants direct you, and come prepared to stay for the duration of the program.
If you want to be parked near friends or teammates for this event it will be important that you arrive at the same time.
Parking will be assigned based on arrival order, and no cars can move until the event is over.
Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only families of students receiving recognition attend the US Night of Stars. The event will be live streamed on the Dunham Broadcasting Network for those who would like to watch at home.

Middle School Supply Drop-Off 1:00-3:00 pm

Please note that there is a $20/day late fee for technology not submitted on this day (excluding AP students still in AP testing); students who do not turn in their charger will be billed $80. If you are unable to turn in your MacBook during the scheduled time, please contact Nikole Blanchard prior to May 20.
Seniors will be directed to a pick-up area after the computer and supply drop-off to pick up a few senior supplies they will need for graduation.
Eighth Grade Send-Off 8:00 pm
All MS students are invited to attend the Eighth Grade Send-Off Celebration.
This event will be "drive-in movie style" in our student parking lot with large outdoor screens and audio. Parking is limited to the size of our student parking lot, and all visitors will remain in their cars to enjoy the send-off video on large outdoor screens, learn the winners of 8th grade awards, enjoy worship music, and hear a brief message from Mrs. Theriot.
Please note that honors and awards for grades 5, 6, and 7 will be given out at our re-scheduled Honors Day in August. Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only Middle School families attend the Eighth Grade Send-Off. The event will be live streamed on the Dunham Broadcasting Network for those who would like to watch at home.
