The Professional Experience Program provides opportunities for Institute of Leadership participants to connect with professional leaders from a variety of businesses and organizations. Uniquely equipped to train and empower students looking to develop their leadership in a particular area, these career professionals share information about their individual fields and assist students in planning their future academic and professional pursuits through monthly “Lunch & Learn” sessions and potential job shadow or internship opportunities.
