The Dunham School is pleased to announce that Wes Dunaway has joined the staff as Director of Maintenance and Operations. 

In this role, Dunaway will manage the day-to-day operations of Dunham’s physical plant, including maintenance, facilities management, and campus construction.

Dunaway has more than 20 years of experience in comprehensive plant management and operation with a focus on productivity, safety, and innovative solutions. He most recently served as industrial and engineering manager at MP Materials in Mountain Pass, CA and is happy to return to this home state of Louisiana. 

His previous work experience, background and faith commitment makes him a great candidate to serve as our Director of Maintenance and Operations as well as oversee any future campus construction projects.
