Michelle Pricer Named Director of Enrollment Management

April 12, 2018

The Dunham School is proud to announce that Michelle Pricer has been named Director of Enrollment Management, effective June 1, 2017. She succeeds Linda Spear, who is retiring after 30 years of dedicated and faithful service to The Dunham School.

In her new role, Michelle will manage all facets of the admissions process, including student recruitment and re-enrollment in the school’s effort to attract, enroll, and retain a dynamic student population. As part of The Dunham School's senior leadership team, Michelle will continue to work closely with Head of School Steven Eagleton, Division Heads, and the Advancement, Alumni, and Marketing Departments to plan and implement strategic initiatives for the school.

Michelle joined Dunham in 2007 as Director of Development and Alumni. She was named Director of Community Relations in 2011. For the past ten years, Michelle has worked tirelessly to direct and improve our volunteer and special event programs by steadily growing the number of volunteers and creating the Leadership Council, a governing body that provides coordination and oversight to school-wide community events and projects. Under her leadership, Jubilee has transformed into one of Baton Rouge’s premier social fundraising events each year. She is also responsible for the launch of the Dunham Alumni Council, a volunteer group that keeps alumni involved and connected through outreach and events.

An active member of the Baton Rouge community, Michelle is on the board of The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and Baton Rouge Symphony League and has served as a marketing and fundraising consultant for the Manship Theatre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from LSU.

“I’m excited about this new opportunity and honored that Steve has entrusted me with this role. I look forward to continuing to share our Dunham story with the community and building on the strong foundation built by Linda Spear and others,” says Michelle.

Michelle and her husband, Tensey, are the proud parents of two Dunham students, London ’17 and Becket ’21. In the coming weeks and over the summer, Michelle will work closely with Linda to ensure a smooth transition for the admissions team.

We can't wait to welcome you!
