The Dunham School is led by a Board of Trustees, composed of current parents, alumni, and former Board members, dedicated to prayerfully seeking God's direction for the School. The primary responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to oversee the School’s mission and purposes and to set policies to accomplish them. The Board also is accountable for the financial well-being of the School, including capital assets, the operating budgets, fundraising and endowment. In addition, the Board also selects and hires the Headmaster. The Headmaster is charged with the responsibility for executing the School's mission and for carrying out the policies established by the Board.
