The School seeks to make Dunham affordable to qualified students.  Financial Aid is available for accepted students with proven financial need.  Financial assistance funds, however, are limited.  It is important that families who wish to be considered for financial assistance submit the completed application by the March 10 priority deadline if they are to receive the maximum amount of aid for which they are eligible.

To be considered for Financial Aid, families must submit:

·         A completed online application through FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition, powered by Independent School Management (ISM).  FAST assists independent schools in determining financial aid awards to applicants. This application may be accessed from the Dunham Website by clicking on the FAST logo.

·         In addition to the online application, a copy of the family’s Federal Tax Return, W-2 forms, 1009 forms and all supporting schedules must also be submitted to FAST.

Financial awards will not be made until FAST has received the application and tax documentation and Dunham receives a copy of the recommended award from FAST. The Financial Aid Committee will process completed applications weekly starting March 15.  For priority consideration, the deadline for FAST filing is March 10, tax information is due to FAST March 24.  Applications received after March 10 will be considered and awards made pending availability of remaining funds.

New students in need of financial aid must be accepted for admission to the school and enrolled before an award is made.  Applicants interested in financial aid should so indicate on the admission application.  Admission decisions at Dunham are made without regard to a family’s financial situation.
