International Student Center

The mission of the Dunham International Student Center (DISC) is to provide international students with the opportunity for a college preparatory education in the United States, while developing ESL proficiency, an understanding of American culture, and exposure to the values intrinsic to The Dunham School. In return, our international students share their language and native experiences with our community, enhancing our students' global awareness and appreciation for other cultures.

DISC Admissions:

DISC is open to international students in grades 9-12 and is administered in partnership with WAnet Schools, an association that facilitates international student evaluation, recruitment, and placement in Christian schools across the country.  While enrolled at Dunham, DISC students reside with host families and participate in social activities such as cultural exchange evenings, athletic events, and worship services.

For more information about international enrollment and a complete schedule of tuition and fees, please contact our Admissions Office.

Interested in becoming a host family?

DISC is currently seeking families willing to serve in the following roles:

  • Host families to provide a home, meals, and daily transportation
  • Holiday families to step in when host families are away
  • Host grandparents to serve as cheerleaders at school events and offer prayer support and occasional meals

For more information about becoming a DISC host family, please contact DISC Coordinator Rachel Bunch.
